Criterion Holdings LLC is a real estate investment company based in New York City. The founder, Mr. Hany Arnut, holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University, and brings more than twenty years of experience in real estate development and investment. Prior to Criterion Holdings LLC, Mr. Arnut co-founded another specialized real estate development company in New York City, which in a span of 12 years developed projects with an original value in excess of $400 million. Prior to his real estate career Mr. Arnut served as Vice President at Citigroup Private Bank, where he focused on international ultra-high net worth individuals.
